Dear viewers
It is an honor to give the introduction on this unique effort to produce the first guideline which took 3 years to prepare with the help of consultant oncologists, specialists.  

Dear colleagues and friends, as you know this guideline is first attempt in GCC and we will be more happy to receive feedbacks/comments/suggestions on this guideline in order to improve our work and review and update every year. We would like to thank our colleagues in spending a lot of time and effort to help in completing this guideline.
